Service Description

The day of wedding coordinator is with you the entire day of your wedding. They monitor and setup the wedding details, organize the bridal party and family for the ceremony as well as do damage control for anything that might come up on the day of the wedding. Think of the day of coordinator as your own personal ninja !

Cancellation Policy

Once Booked you have 24 hours to cancel or you will loose 10% of deposit. Once you come in person to sign the contract with A moment in time events, you will be issued a copy and all our cancellation policy will be on the contract going forward up to your scheduled event.
